Fruit Frappe

Ingredients:

*1 cup unsweetened fruit (peach, pear, berries, banana)

*4 ice cubes

*Blender

Instructions:

1. Place fruit and ice cubes in blender.

2. Blend fruit mixture to desired consistency.

Yield: 1 serving

Fruit Soda

Ingredients:

* cup unsweetened fruit juice of your choice or combination of juices

* cup sparkling mineral water

*Lemon or lime slice if desired

Instructions:

1. Combine juice and mineral water

2. Garnish with lemon or lime

Yield: 1 serving

Fruit Sherbet

Ingredients:

*1 cup partially thawed frozen fruit

Instructions:

1. Put fruit in blender or food processor

2. Turn blender on low until the fruit is the consistency of sherbet

3. Serve immediately.

Yield: 1 serving

Banana Shake

Ingredients:

*1 banana, peeled and sliced

*1 cup cold water or milk

Instructions:

1. Place banana and water/milk in blender

2. Blend to desired consistency

Yield: 1 serving

Raspberry Popsicles

Ingredients:

* cup water

*10 raspberries (red)

*1 peach or nectarine, peeled, pitted and sliced

*4-5 ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Place water, fruit, and one ice cube in blender and blend

2. Continue adding one ice cube at a time until mixture is the consistency of slush

3. Pour into plastic molds

4. Add Popsicle sticks to make real Popsicles

5. Freeze

Yield: 6 servings.
