PIE
- Unbaked 9" pie shell
- 3 or 4 large Peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbls flour
- Dash salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Heat oven to 450F
- Peel Peaches, cut into eighths. Arrange in pie shell.
- Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over Peaches.
- Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake
for 30 to 40 minutes or more until cream is set. Serve warm.
