PEACHES AND CREAM PIE
Unbaked 9" pie shell
3 or 4 large Peaches
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbls flour
Dash salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
  1. Heat oven to 450F
  2. Peel Peaches, cut into eighths. Arrange in pie shell.
  3. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour over Peaches.
  4. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or more until cream is set. Serve warm.
